Returns & Exchange Policy

 

We will provide a full refund or if you prefer an exchange for returned items, within 14 days provided the conditions of this policy are met. For the avoidance of doubt this does not include postage.

All other terms and conditions apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

 

YOU’VE CHANGED YOUR MIND

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels, tags and packaging intact), and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned item meets our terms and conditions.

By original condition we mean: 

  • you haven’t used the item

  • you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the item can be resold at full price

Unless faulty, this should be within 35 days of purchase

  • Ordinarily if you have your order confirmation we'll refund the original method you’ve used to purchase. 

  • We’re unable to refund or exchange books signed or personalised for you, unless faulty.

  • We’ll refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order. If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items

  • Please note that if you return items which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your order confirmation.  

  • This does not affect your statutory rights

Please be aware that we'll only process your refund once the item has been returned and checked; and this can take up to 14 days.

 

A FAULTY ITEM

If your item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return we’ll exchange or refund it. 

After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We’ll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days.

 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

​

We’ve extended the usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift bought between 21 October and 24 December can be returned up until 28 January, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable.
