Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitor's browser. They are typically used to keep track of the settings users have selected and actions they have taken on a site.

We use cookies for important reasons, such as:

-
To provide a great experience for our visitors and customers.
-
To identify our registered members (users who registered to our site)
-
To monitor and analyse the performance, operation and effectiveness of our platform.
-
To ensure our platform is secure and safe to use.

If you don't wish to enable cookies on your computer, that will mean that your experience of using our website site will be impaired - as some of the cookies help us to identify and resolve errors for example, or determine relevant related products to show you when you're browsing. Most web browsers have cookies enabled but see the Managing cookies section for help to turn them on should you need to.
We do have relationships with third parties who may also set cookies during your visit to be used for remarketing purposes - in other words to show you different products and services based on what you appear to be interested in.
These are the cookies we may have on our site:
ForceFlashSite; Hs; smSession; XSRF-TOKEN; svSession; SSR-caching; smSession; TS*; TS01*******; TSxxxxxxxx (where x is replaced with a random series of numbers and letters); TSxxxxxxxx_d (where x is replaced with a random series of numbers and letters)

Do not track

Do not track (DNT) is a feature offered by some browsers, with some newer browsers offering it as default. If you enable it, it sends a signal to websites to request that your browsing isn't tracked, for example by third party ad or social networks, or analytic companies.
You can opt out of tracking and analytics on this website by changing your settings - see the Managing Cookies section on this page.
At present no industry-wide uniform standard has been agreed and adopted to determine how DNT requests should be managed, so our website doesn’t currently respond to DNT requests. Until that standard is established, we'll continue to review DNT and other new technologies, but won't respond to DNT requests.
We're giving you this information as part of our initiative to both comply with legislation, and make sure we're honest and clear about your privacy when using our website. We know you'd expect nothing less from us, and please be assured that we're working on a number of other privacy and cookie-related improvements to the website.

This type of advertising is designed to provide you with a selection of products based on what you're viewing on stiffguyyoga.co.uk, which are presented to you when you visit other selected websites.
The adverts may highlight alternative styles and colours as well as products from other categories deemed relevant to your browsing history. The technology behind these adverts is based on cookies.

For most products, your credit/debit card will be charged when your order is placed.

-
Your not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions

CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013

This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:

-
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.
-
Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
-
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
-
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.
-
You can cancel by email via our Contacts page, or write to: Stiff Guy Yoga, Studio 82, 80 High Street, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 9AT.
-
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
-
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

Please see our Refund policy for further details.
